Fitted Jacket in Japanese Indigo Cotton inspired by hand screened Noren panel on jacket back.   Original machine embroidery in rayon thread on jacket front is based on branches found on Noren Panel.  Hand stitched sakura blossoms in cotton Sashiko thread on sleeves.  Red piping outline princess seams and neck echo monkey’s vests.   Vintage metal buttons with bird motifs and bound buttonholes. Lined with 4ply crepe backed silk satin.  Machine embroidered endless knot and hidden pockets inside.
